This camp consists of 8 beautifully decorated chalets, with deep stone baths and showers in the en suites. The chalets have twin beds or double, and have their own fully equipped kitchen. 16 guests may be accommodated, and there is a seperate large building under thatch, that hosts a large dining / lounge area, with enormous fully fitted kitchen. Huge indigenous trees shade the rolling lawns, leading to a large swimming pool, with thatched lapa. A hide is built over an active water hole, where buffalo and rhino are often spotted. Evenings are spent in the cosy boma, whilst the night sounds ring in your ears. The leopard has often been heard coughing at night, as we sat in the boma, making your experience at this camp truly special. Bookings may be on self catering basis, or catered. The Orpen gate to Kruger is 20 mins drive. As this camp is situated close to Thornybush, the lions often fill the night air with their territorial roars.
